Enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Room was spotless clean, Beds were very comfortable even though thy were all single beds. Bathroom was fully wheelchair accessible which is very hard to find in Lanzarote. Staff were exceptional, nothing was a problem to them. Pool was a little cold but once in it was ok but for my daughter who has cerebral palsy she kept getting cramps in her legs because the water was so cold. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Loved that there were sunbeds right outside our door and there was no scramble for sunbeds in the mornings. Very close to the local bars and all flat so we weren't struggling with hills with our disabled child. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Lanzarote again.

This was a return visit to Nautilus with my daughter. Nautilus is simply a lovely relaxing place to stay. There is a lovely calm feeling as you walk around, noticing all the various art pieces and installations by various artists. The staff are friendly, everywhere spotlessly clean and in general there is a welcoming air in Nautilus. The location couldn't be more perfect, less than 10 minutes from the airport, so within minutes of arrival you are completely relaxed after your flight.

Large, quiet pool with plenty of beds. Large apartments Helpful staff - great for help with taxis, car rental etc. Federica was brilliant. Short walk to commercial centre with restaurants, shops, and bars. Cycle route and path lead into Puerto del Carmen or you can get a 5 minute taxi in. 2 sunbeds at each apartment if you don't want to be by the pool.

Both the location and the hotel were superb. The place is decorated by the art students who actually live nearby and the whole place has a very interesting atmosphere. It looked very well maintained, clean and in great conditions.
